The plant Grains of Paradise is linked to ginger. Grains of Paradise (Aframomum melegueta [Roscoe] K. Schum.) seeds are used as a treatment for a range of maladies in West Africa, including stomachaches, snake bites, and diarrhoea, and they contain anti-inflammatory qualities.
As a finishing touch, Paradise Grains should be applied. Use it in your peppermill to get the full flavour of the spice. Grains of Paradise can be substituted for cinnamon, cardamom, or black peppercorns. This dish goes well with potatoes, eggplants, and lamb.
